David has long had an interest in the practical side of science, and from an early age loved taking things apart to see how they work, and then reassembling them. His enquiring mind makes him a perfect fit for a career in food tech and he’s enjoyed working in many fulfilling roles. He’s now keen to share his passion with others in an industry that as he says: “has a true impact on millions….every single day.”
