Fresh Produce Technical Manager – Sam Trevey

Sam has worked in the food industry for his whole working life – starting on production lines making coleslaw. On-the-job training has enabled him to work his way up through various technical roles to where he is now. He’s passionate about food standards and is excited about the future of food (especially the use of AI and robotics) and his role within it.
