Technical Improvement Manager – Heather Hayward

At school Heather’s interests included geography, nutrition and microbiology. A blend she is now applying to her role as Technical Improvement Manager at Ferndale Foods, part of Oscar Mayer Limited . She loves the variety of her work, with each day bringing new challenges and opportunities to further expand her expertise in this fast-moving industry.

Since graduating in 1999 she has travelled extensively and worked for a variety of companies in positions including: Lab Technician, Quality Assurance Team Leader, QA Manager and Customer Technical Manager
